4-3 no issue for Williams

He can run both and will according to this clip.

System change coming?
The Jets used a 3-4 defense under Bowles and his predecessor, Rex Ryan. Williams operates with a 4-3 base scheme, but he isn't entirely married to that. Here's how he explained it in 2017, when the Browns hired him:
"We'll play 4-3 and 3-4 in the same game. I have 42 packages of defense. Now everywhere I go, I don't do them all. It's based on what the offenses are pulling out there and we have to play defense on. I'm also not afraid to make sure all of the other people are going to have to work on things that I'm never going to call. They've got to practice all week long on 4-3, 3-4, 2-2, all of that kind of stuff, and I'm not even going to do it next week."
"HOWEVER, I do believe every negative comment deserves a response, if we so choose." Redtrek

It's not an issue for me either. The defense is more fit to switch than we've been in recent memory. We have 2 safeties, 1 CB, 2 starting LB and a Leo can line up anywhere. I just want to get fast in defense.
